It has come to our attention that once again the hotel reservation poachers are at work and contacting our Exhibitors.  Rest assured that we have not shared your contact info with these companies and they are in no way sanctioned by our organization.  Please do not give any of your personal information, including credit card information to any company claiming that they are a housing service acting on our behalf. These companies regularly call unsuspecting exhibitors across North America, obtain their personal and credit card info and then charge their credit cards for rooms. When the exhibitors arrive at the hotel they find out they do not have a reservation.
 
There are several companies we are aware of who prey on exhibitors by calling and implying they are a housing management company and that they have been hired by show management. The most recent calls have been made by Global Travel Partners  global-travel-partners.com.  Other companies known to make these calls are Convention Expo Travel.com, Global Housing Management/Services and Exhibition Housing Services.  The Toronto Snow Show is in no way associated with these companies, we do not use a housing management company and for 2017 the only official hotels are listed below.
 
Global Travel Partners, Convention Expo Travel.com, Global Housing Management and Exhibition Housing Services are not travel agents for this event and CNSS does not endorse, cooperate or collaborate in any manner whatsoever with these organizations. We strongly recommend that you exercise careful due diligence in doing business with these agencies.  

The Sandman has easy access to the facility, which takes you right past a Tim Horton’s for your morning coffee! The conveniently located Moxies attached to the hotel with additional selections within walking distance, and  with the wonderful services from the staff at the Sandman, we are pleased to once again chose the Sandman as our official show hotel for the 2017 Toronto Snow Show.
